Attention Bill Pay Users

The Online Banking Me247 Bill Pay system will be upgraded August 1, 2019. To help you prepare for this Bill Pay conversion, we are providing a:

Bill Pay FAQ

ACTION REQUIRED: Before July 30th, we highly recommend you log into the current Bill Pay system and print out/save screen shots and/or write out the entire list of all of your current payees. Your list of payees will no longer be available after July 30th. Please be aware only the last four digits of the payees’ account numbers are shown in the current system so when you re-add your payees, you will need the full account numbers. Therefore, we strongly suggest you begin gathering the account information found on your most recent bills as soon as possible.


Starting August 1st, you will need to re-enroll and re-add all of your payees’ information into the new Bill Pay system.

HELP? If you need personal assistance setting up the new Bill Pay system, you are welcome to come into either branch and use our kiosk. The BBCU staff is happy to help you through the setup process.

When the conversion is complete, the new Bill Pay system offers the following benefits:

  • Bill Pay will be easier to access as it will be fully integrated into the ItsMe247 platform.
  • Adding payees will be faster with the Quick Fill feature. When you start typing your payee name, a suggested list of matching payees will appear that you can select.
  • Payments will be processed faster and delivered accurately. All electronic payments will be delivered the next business day.
