Review your statements, analyze your spending, and make payments on your Lakes VISA Credit Card by visiting EZcardinfo.com click the “Enroll Now” button and follow the steps to register.

Please Note: The “Manage this card” button that was displayed in your Online Banking account may be missing. Please visit EZcardinfo.com for the time being.

New Account Numbers (Lakes Members only)

Beginning July 20, 2020, Lakes Members’ account numbers will change to an expanded 3,000,000 series structure. Example: If your account number is 5 digits, such as 12345 , your new account number will be 30 12345 .

What to do after July 20, 2020?

Re-Enroll in Online Banking (Lakes members only)

Lakes members, after July 20, 2020 please go to www.bbcu.org to access Online Banking.
 
USERNAME: Enter your NEW Account Number ie) 30 12345
 
PASSWORD: Enter the last 4 digits of the primary member’s Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to set a new password and security questions & answers.
 
If you used online services such as Bill Pay, your payee list and payment history will be automatically carried over with the upgrade.
 
Plus, if you have ever considered signing up to receive eStatements for the first time, the perfect time to enroll is following the upgrade after July 20, 2020!

CU Talk Telephone Banking (Lakes members only)

Lakes members, after July 20th, the new CU Talk Telephone Banking Phone Number is 855-286-5885.

Your audio PIN will be reset and you’ll need to select a new one during your set-up call. You will enter your NEW account number ie) 30 12345 and your temporary PIN is the last four digits of the primary member’s Social Security Number.

The LCCU Mobile App will no longer be supported after the upgrade. Please download the Birmingham Bloomfield Credit Union Mobile App from Google Play or the Apple App Store to access your account after July 20, 2020.

Please note, Lakes members will need to re-enroll in the Remote Deposit Check service through the Mobile App after July 20, 2020. Please remember to write “RDC Deposit for BBCU only” on the back of every check.
